At Oceansideglam, we are committed to providing you with high-quality sunglasses and accessories. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:

1. Return Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will no longer be able to offer a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

  • All returned items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and labels intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
  • We cannot accept returns on any final sale or clearance items.

3. How to Return Your Item

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@oceansideglam.com within the return period. You will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Please make sure to include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with the returned item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Flat shipping rate for returns is $9.99 for all orders under $90. Returns for orders over $90 are eligible for free return shipping.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the processing time may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
  • Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping charges paid during the initial purchase unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

6. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact customer service. Exchanges are subject to availability, and the item must be returned in the same condition as mentioned above.
  • Any additional shipping charges for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Please send photos of the damaged or defective item to service@oceansideglam.com for further assistance.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
